1. Introduction

2. Scope

These terms apply to all categories of offerings by ITClarity: live services, digital courses and materials, and physical goods.

3. Live Services

Our live services include training sessions, consultations, and workshops delivered remotely or on-site. Scheduling is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You may request a single transfer of a scheduled session up to seven calendar days before the session date. Transfers beyond this window or cancellations made less than seven days before will not qualify for reimbursement, due to reserved instructor and venue arrangements.

4. Digital Courses and Materials

Digital offerings consist of eBooks, on-demand video courses, and downloadable learning resources. Once access credentials are issued, purchases are final. To ensure satisfaction, we maintain a seven-day evaluation window starting from the date of access. If you identify significant content defects during this window, report them via our contact form. Verified reports will result in remediation or a full reimbursement to your original method of payment.

5. Physical Goods

Physical products are shipped to your provided address. Notify us of any damaged or defective items within 14 calendar days of receipt. After inspection, we will send a replacement or process a reimbursement. Please ship the item back to ITClarity at the above address. If inspection reveals no defect, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days. Funds will be applied to your original method of payment unless you request a credit toward future services or materials. To initiate a reimbursement, use our contact form and provide your order details.

7. Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke consulting engagements, intensive bootcamps, and specialized on-site workshops involve significant preplanning and resource allocation. These offerings are designated as non-reimbursable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that no reimbursement will be issued. We do, however, offer the option to transfer your booking to another individual or to reschedule, subject to availability and advance notice.

8. Amendments

ITClarity may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, with the updated date. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
